In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Consumer / Customer: The natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who concludes a distance contract with ZINIQ™.
Distance contract: An agreement that involves the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication (such as the internet or e-mail).
Reflection period: The 30-day period during which the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase.
Durable medium: Any means by which information can be stored, such as email or PDF.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, order and distance contract between ZINIQ™ and the consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available digitally.
If this is not reasonably possible, ZINIQ™ will indicate where the conditions can be consulted or sent free of charge.
The offer contains a clear description of the products, so that you can properly assess what you are buying.
Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
Any obvious errors or typographical errors in the offer do not bind ZINIQ™.
The product photos are a true representation, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
The agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
After ordering, the consumer receives a confirmation by e-mail.
ZINIQ™ takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that electronic data transfer is secure.
You have the right to return your order 30 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason.
During this period you may only handle the product as necessary to assess it.

Register your return via support@ziniq.nl within 30 days of receipt.
Please return the product within 14 days of registration.
Once the return has been received, you will receive the purchase amount back within 5 working days via the same payment method.
Conditions:
Product in original packaging and undamaged.
Hygiene products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
All prices are in euros, including VAT.
Payment is made securely via the payment methods on our website (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
In case of an incorrect price (printing error), ZINIQ™ reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order.
Orders are processed with the utmost care.
Delivery will take place at the address specified by the consumer when placing the order.
Average delivery time is 5–12 business days depending on stock and shipping location.
If delivery is delayed, you will be notified in a timely manner.
The risk of damage or loss lies with ZINIQ™ until the moment of delivery.
Our products meet the expectations you may reasonably have.
If a product becomes defective or does not function properly, please contact our customer service.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
We do everything we can to keep you satisfied.
If anything goes wrong, please contact us within 7 days of noticing the problem via service@ziniq.nl .
You will receive a substantive response within 14 days.
If you are unable to reach a solution together, you can submit the dispute to the competent court.
ZINIQ™ is not liable for indirect damages (such as consequential damages or lost profits).
Our total liability always remains limited to the amount of the purchase.
Use of our supplements is at your own risk; always read the instructions carefully.
All agreements and disputes are subject to Dutch law applicable.
Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
